Law360, New York (November 02, 2009) -- Plaintiffs from Vermont, Connecticut and Colorado have asked the court overseeing multidistrict litigation accusing FedEx Ground Package System Inc. of misclassifying drivers as independent contractors to amend an order rejecting certification and certify classes under each state's respective laws.
