House Bill Proposes Paid Sick Days For Flu Sufferers

Law360, New York (November 03, 2009) -- U.S. House of Representatives Democrats unveiled an emergency temporary proposal Tuesday that would give five days of paid sick leave to workers sent home or told to stay home by their employers for a contagious illness, including the H1N1 flu strain.
