Hotbed Of FLSA Claims To Continue In Low Economy

Law360, New York (January 15, 2009) -- The language of the Fair Labor Standards Act has long been subject to question, but plaintiffs in recent years have raised new concerns about the 21st-century work place, resulting in a litigation boom that shows no signs of waning as employers look for ways to cut costs in a struggling economy, according to the 2009 Law360 Litigation Almanac.
