E-Verify Rule Delayed For Administration's Review

Law360, New York (January 28, 2009) -- The U.S. government has pushed back the applicability date of a final rule requiring that certain federal contractors use the E-Verify system to assess employees' eligibility to work in the U.S. until May 21 to give the Obama administration a chance to review it.
